This privacy policy describes how The Botanical Bouquet trading as Liz Baker Photography (“Liz Baker Photography”,”We”, or ”us”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your information in connection with products and services offered by Liz Baker Photography, including but not limited to, services provided at or using the domain https://thebotanicalbouquet.co.uk/ (the “Site”).

By using any of Liz Baker Photography’s products or services, you confirm you have read and understood this Privacy & Cookies Policy.

We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. We may post any material changes to this Privacy Policy on the Site with a notice advising of the changes in advance of the effective date of the changes. We may also notify you of material changes to this Privacy Policy, before the effective date of the changes by sending an email or in another conspicuous manner to give you a reasonable notice period. If you do not agree to the new Privacy Policy, you may terminate using our Services within the applicable thirty (30) day period and you will not be bound by the new terms. Otherwise, the new terms will take effect automatically after thirty (30) days.

Liz Baker Photography offers photography coverage for business and personal use, including online galleries and prints/albums. We refer to all of these products as “Services” in this policy.

We use the following services to collect your information:

Google Analytics – We use analytics on our site to collect data to provide us with statistics about our site. We collect non-sensitive information about you, all sensitive information has been anonymized including IP addresses. See Google’s privacy policy.

Mailmunch and Mailchimp – Mailmunch and Mailchimp are our marketing automation tools.  We use Mailmunch to collect your email address with your consent. Liz Baker Photography may then send emails via Mailchimp based on your preferences and needs. We do not collect your information without your consent and all forms require you to confirm that you have read our privacy policy in line with GDPR requirements. Facebook Custom Audiences – We may use a Facebook Custom Audiences on our site to allow us to deploy targeting marketing to customers or offer adverts based on your preferences via Facebook. You can opt out of marketing by updating your Ad preferences on Facebook. View Facebook’s privacy policy.

7. Your Rights

Where applicable law requires (and subject to any relevant exceptions under law), you may have the right to access, update, change or delete personal information.

You can access, update, change or delete personal information by contacting us at info@lizbakerphhotography.co.uk to request the required changes. You can exercise your other rights (including deleting your Account) by contacting us at the same email address.

You can also elect not to receive marketing communications if signed up for our newsletters or other content by changing your preferences via the unsubscribe button at the bottom of all our email correspondences.

Please note that, for technical reasons, there is likely to be a delay in deleting your personal Information from our systems when you ask us to delete it. We also will retain personal Information in order to comply with the law, protect our and others’ rights, resolve disputes or enforce our legal terms or policies, to the extent permitted under applicable law.

You may have the right to restrict or object to the processing of your personal information or to exercise a right to data portability under applicable law. You also may have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority, subject to applicable law.

Additionally, if we rely on consent for the processing of your personal information, you have the right to withdraw it at any time and free of charge. When you do so, this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before your consent withdrawal.

Our Website is not designed for use by anyone under the age of 13 (“Child”). We do not verify the age of our Users nor do we have any liability for verifying a User’s age. We reserve the right to ask you for verification of your relationship to the Child before we honor such a request.
